We offer free shipping in India.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above these values. For orders values below these amounts, final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Time

We are not responsible for shipping delays. However, we will always try our best to intervene or coordinate with the shipping service provider to make sure your purchase arrives on time.

Within India

  • Metro cities: 3 business days
  • Rest of India: 7 business days
  • North East/J&K/Islands: 10 business days

Worldwide

  • Middle East: 4 business days
  • Europe: 5 business days
  • USA/Canada: 7 business days
  • Australia/Japan/Korea: 10 business days

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within India will have all taxes included in the final sale price.

Orders shipped outside India may require you to pay additional fees such as import duties, taxes and charges. These costs cannot be ascertained prior to shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to available stock.

All items must be returned within 5 calendar days of the receiving date. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the original packaging and sent back to our office in New Delhi, India.

Find your order using your Order number and email or mobile number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item and size you want to exchange your current item(s) for.

Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your items back to our office in Delhi, India. If you fail to ship the item for any reason, your request for refund or exchange will be cancelled.

Once we have received your return item, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping and packaging costs, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.

Please note that we will only permit one round of exchange free of charge. For the second and further rounds of exchange, we will charge you for shipping

Only items purchased directly from Rey&I online store are eligible for return or exhange. Rey&I products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
