We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above these values. For orders values below these amounts, final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Time
We are not responsible for shipping delays. However, we will always try our best to intervene or coordinate with the shipping service provider to make sure your purchase arrives on time.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within India will have all taxes included in the final sale price.
Orders shipped outside India may require you to pay additional fees such as import duties, taxes and charges. These costs cannot be ascertained prior to shipping.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. In such cases, you may return the item in the exact condition it was received (unworn, unwashed and in original packaging) by writing to us at hey@reyandi.com within 5 calendar days of the receiving date to receive a full refund of your order value.

Find your order using your Order # number and email (or mobile number) and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Once you have submitted your return request, we will review it and approve or decline with reasons provided in writing.
If approved, please be ready to hand over the package to our shipping partner. The shipping agent will make only one attempt to pick-up. If they cannot pick-up because of your unavailability or your unresponsiveness, the pickup and your return request will be cancelled.
Once we have received your return item, we will check for quality, genuineness and evidence of usage. If product is found ok, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment within 25 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Only products purchased directly from the Rey&I online store are eligible for return. Rey&I products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with those retailers' returns policy.
Please note that return requests will not be entertained in the following cases.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Change of mind, personal aesthetic choices or personal look-and-feel issues that are not defect-related.
Size related issue. You may request for an exchange instead; please refer to the exchange policy below.
Minor colour and design variations. Please note that the colours on the website may differ slightly from the original product. If this is the case, you may request an exchange instead; please review the exchange policy below to know more.
Any product sent to us without our written approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be accepted if you have received a damaged product or wish to change the size. Size can only be changed in the same style or colour. All exchanges are subject to available stock. If stock is currently unavailable and you do not wish to wait, then you may return your order to receive a full refund.
