Returns & Exchanges

1.1 All exchanges are subject to avaialable stock.

1.2 All items must be returned within 20 days of the fulfilment (shipping) date. Items must be unworn/unwashed in the original packaging and sent back to our office in New Delhi, India.

1.3 Please use this link to request a return or an exchange.

1.4 Find your order using your Order number and email/mobile number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item(s) and size(s) you want to exchange your current item(s) for.

1.5 Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your items back to our office in Delhi, India. If you fail to ship the item for any reason, your request for refund or exchange will be cancelled.

1.6 Once we have received your return item, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping and packaging costs, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.

1.7 Please note that we will only permit one round of exchange free of charge. For the second and further rounds of exchange, we may charge you for shipping

1.8 Only items that have been purchased directly from Rey&I online store can be returned. Rey&I products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
