Why do you have a QR code instead of a garment label?
To cut waste. We want to avoid pesky garment labels that serve no purpose other than causing skin chafing. Also new garment labels are always thrown away. If you are looking for product or fabric care information then simply scan the QR code.
What materials are used in your shorts?
Our solid coloured shorts are made from Revolutional Eco
which is a sustainable fabric made from regenerated Nylon. Our printed shorts are made from Vita PL, a high performance fabric made from recycled Polyester. The Nylon & Polyester come from pre and
post-consumer industrial waste.
From December 2022, we will replace all metal hook clips and snap buttons in our shorts with Corozo buttons.
Corozo is a 100% natural and biodegradable material derived from the nut of the Tagua Palm which grows wild in the equatorial rainforests of central America.
How do your shorts fit?
Our shorts fit true to size. Each piece has a fitted waistband with front button fastening. The Size Guide measure is appropriate for up to one size down. For example, Medium (34 inches) will fit body waist measurements of 33 and 34 inches well.
What are the characteristics of your swim shorts?
Our super comfortable shorts offer a four-way stretch and dry seriously fast. You will have a modern and
stylish garment to spend the entire day (and night) in!
Where are you products made?
Our products are proudly made in India.
Packaging
Is your packaging truly plastic free?
Yes, absolutely! We bit the bullet and sourced alternative packaging because we wanted to
answer this question with the greatest amount of pride and joy. Our packaging is not just plastic free,
but also waste free. This means you won’t find unnecessary bits and bobs, such as a paper invoice
(emailed to you) and hang tags (replaced with QR code).
All our shorts come in a cute zipped canvas pouch for safekeeping.
Do you fall short on any environmental commitments?
Yes, we do admit to shortcomings! Approx. 21% of each swim short (by material weight) is made from
Elastane. Elastane gives our shorts stretchiness. Useful for running into the sea, but not so useful
for the environment. We are on the hunt for sustainable substitutes.
Secondly, all plastics, whether recycled or virgin, when washed will cause microplastics to go back into
the water systems.
Order
What currencies are displayed on your store?
We quote prices in Indian Rupees (INR), United States Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP) and Euros (EUR). You may
select the currency setting on the top right corner of the header.
How do I track my order?
After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order number. If you don’t
receive this email, please contact us at hey@reyandi.com. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a Tracking number. All further status updates will be communicated via email too.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping depends on your location and order value.
Shipping is free for buyers in India for any order value. Shipping is free for buyers outside India provided your order value exceeds USD 100 / EUR 100 / GBP 85. If your order value is lower, total shipping cost will be displayed upon checkout.
When will I get my order?
Fully paid orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped from Delhi, India. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within the timeframe provided by the shipping service provider. Typically, orders within India are delivered in 7 business days and orders outside India are delivered in 14 business days.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Customers outside India will be directed to PayPal and customers in India will be directed to Razorpay. Both these payment gateways offer standard payment methods such as debit, credit card, net banking, UPI etc.
Will I have to pay any additional fees?
If you’re located outside India then you may be required to pay additional fees once your package arrives in your country. We are not responsible for payment of custom duties, charges or taxes and cannot predict how much these costs will be. Typically, the shipping service provider will contact you in advance to your package arriving to inform you if any fees are payable.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love our products, but if you need to return an item then we’re happy to help.
All items may be returned within 20 days of the fulfilment date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed in the original packaging and sent back to our office in Delhi, India.
What is your return process?
